SoulCards—Each set of 60 SoulCards is a group of 60 Touch Drawings published as cards to evoke insight and inspiration. When selecting the images, I wanted to create a vehicle that would reflect the broadest possible spectrum of human feeling. So you will see some that might appear pained or dark, and others that express joy and inspiration. Even the same image might evoke a different feeling when you look at it under other circumstances.

These are images that have emerged since the publication of SoulCards 1&2. Most of them were created in the quiet of my studio. Many were embellished with color. You will find a few paintings done on canvas here as well.

| Healing and Transformational Drawing Series—In its purest form, Touch Drawing is done in series. Since the images can be created very quickly, each one translates a moment's awareness into image. Each drawing is a stepping stone to the next, guiding me deeper into the process. When seen as a whole, the series reflects a transformation in consciousness. Sometimes I create a series dedicated to the healing and development of another person. Other times I go into the natural environment and allow the spirit of nature to inspire me. Or I might wake early in the morning and create a series as my meditation for the day. |

Old Growth Forest and Beach Slide Show
One beautiful summer day, I found a quiet spot in an old growth forest in the state park near my home and set up my drawing board. Later that day I hiked down to the beach and completed the series. I embellished the drawings with color afterwards. |

Faces of the Universe Slide Show

hands on one day during a contemplative retreat.
For me, the faces are the deepest form of Touch Drawing meditation. |

Interpretive Touch Drawings
Though the immediacy of Touch Drawing, I am able to visually portray both the content and energetic qualities of a speech, poetry reading, or musical performance. I create 8-12 drawings per hour. I love the collaborative nature of the experience, often finding images I would not create on my own. I have done this for more than 200 different presentations over the years. As you might imagine, I have developed quite an archive of visual reflections of contemporary thought. |

The Gathering, July 2003 Slide Show
Each time I look through these images, I return to the joy and loving presence that is generated during the Touch Drawing Gathering. It is remarkable what timeless connections we make in just a few days. I hope some of the beauty and power of our shared experience comes through as you move through this sequence of images. It is truly a gift to share them with you.
